“By 3pm I used to be finished — coffee, something sweet, whatever got me to dinner. A few weeks in, the afternoon crash just isn’t the thing I plan my day around anymore.”

“I travel every other week and the recovery got brutal in my forties. This is the first change I’ve made where I actually noticed how much faster I bounce back.”
Mike D.Member · age 52
“Thirty seconds once a week at my kitchen counter. I’d built it up in my head as this whole production, and it isn’t.”

common questions.

Pricing
How much does NAD+ cost?
Flat $175/month — medication, supplies and shipping included.
NAD+ is $175 per month, flat. That covers your provider review, the medication itself, injection supplies, free 2-day shipping, and ongoing clinician support including dose adjustments. There is no membership fee and no hidden add-ons, and renewals stay at the same price.
When am I charged?
Not until a clinician confirms your eligibility — typically within 24 hours.
You’re not charged when you submit. Your card is securely saved while a licensed clinician reviews your assessment, typically within 24 hours. If approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation before any charge. If not approved, you’re not charged.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel anytime before your next ship date.
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime before your next ship date. Longer committed terms are billed monthly and cancel future renewals once the term ends. Medication, supplies, and shipping are included while you’re active.
Process
What can I expect after I sign up?
A provider reviews your visit; if prescribed, NAD+ ships to your door.
After you complete your online visit, a licensed provider reviews your answers and determines whether NAD+ is appropriate for you. If prescribed, your medication ships from a state-licensed pharmacy straight to your door with free 2-day shipping, and your care team stays available for questions, dose adjustments, and support.
How do I take it?
One subcutaneous injection a week — about 30 seconds, at home.
NAD+ is given as a small subcutaneous injection once a week, which most people do at home in about 30 seconds. The needle is very fine. Your clinician sets the starting dose, walks you through the technique, and adjusts over time. We generally recommend morning dosing, since injecting late in the day can disrupt sleep for some people.
Insurance / HSA-FSA
Is insurance required?
No — transparent flat-rate pricing, no hidden fees.
No. Cypress offers transparent, flat-rate pricing without insurance and no hidden fees. Medication, supplies, and shipping are all included.
Can I use my FSA/HSA?
Yes — itemized receipts provided for self-submission.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted on any plan. We also provide itemized receipts in case you need to self-submit to your benefits provider.
NAD+
What is NAD+ and what does it do?
A coenzyme central to cellular energy and DNA repair.
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) sits at the centre of the chemistry that turns the food you ate this morning into the energy you use this afternoon. It’s also what your cells rely on for DNA repair. NAD+ levels decline measurably from your 30s onward, and by midlife many people are running with notably less than they had a decade earlier. Whether restoring those levels delivers every benefit claimed for it is still an active area of research — we’re careful not to overstate it.
How is this different from oral NMN or NR supplements?
Those are precursors; subcutaneous NAD+ delivers the molecule directly.
NMN and NR are precursors — your body has to convert them into NAD+, and a meaningful share of an oral dose is degraded in the gut and liver before it ever reaches circulation. Subcutaneous NAD+ delivers the molecule directly. It’s a more reliable way to know you’re actually receiving the dose your clinician chose.
How is this different from a NAD+ IV drip?
Smaller weekly dosing at home instead of a long clinic infusion.
IV drips deliver a large bolus over several hours and tend to produce stronger short-term sensations — both the desired ones and the uncomfortable ones. Subcutaneous dosing is smaller, weekly, and done at home. For most people looking for a sustainable long-term protocol, weekly subcutaneous dosing is more practical and easier to tolerate.
What are the side effects, and who shouldn’t take it?
Usually brief flushing or warmth; not appropriate in some conditions.
The most common effects are a brief flushing or warmth right after injection, mild nausea, occasional headache, and injection-site tenderness. These are typically dose-related and resolve within an hour. Less common but worth flagging: palpitations, jitteriness, or disrupted sleep if you inject too late in the day, which is why we recommend morning dosing. NAD+ is not appropriate if you have an active malignancy under treatment, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an unstable cardiovascular condition. Tell your clinician about all medications and supplements you take.
